Founded in 2017, Civil PEs is a Houston-based civil engineering consulting firm that is built on 30 years of knowledge and experience of airports and other heavy-duty pavements. The firm is led by Thomas Dodson, PE, a longtime resident of Houston, Texas. Tom’s knowledge, experience, and reputation make him an incredibly valuable resource to those airports he serves.

OUR MISSION
A bedrock principle of Civil PEs is client service. This means different things to different clients, so we strive to understand the needs of the airports and clients we serve. We do that by first being subject matter experts, then communicating with staff and stakeholders to understand their problems. From there we develop a tailored approach to providing services that best meet the needs of each client.
